Dr. Inell Rosario
Dr. Rosario was born and raised on the island Andros in the Bahamas. She received her BA from Macalester College in 1987 before attending Med School at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After school, Dr. Rosario completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in Otolaryngology head and neck surgery, as well as sleep medicine.
When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Rosario enjoys exercising, basketball, and participating in Mission work. She is married with two children.

Dr. Cornelia Dahm
Cornelia Dahm, MD MPH ABIHM
Dr. Dahm has a passion for empowering people to sleep well and be well: She listens carefully and tries to understand where you are on your life’s path. Working together as a team on thorough assessments and finding best therapies for each person, she is dedicated to compassionate, well-informed and patient-centered care. Especially experienced in helping patients with sleep disordered breathing such as sleep apnea she identifies barriers to successful therapy, finds solutions and optimized treatment options in an individualized way.
When not at work she enjoys chasing after her two boys and husband, cooking, gardening and spending time in nature, yoga and other exercise with family, reading and taking photos.

Ann Marie Strong, PA-C
Ann Marie grew up in Eagan, MN. She received her BS from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and later attended Nova Southeastern University where she received her BS in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master’s in Medical Science. She later completed a post-graduate fellowship in family medicine, also at Nova Southeastern. Ann Marie then moved back to the Twin Cities where she worked in family medicine for over 9 years before starting at Andros ENT & Sleep Center. Ann Marie is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Board of Medical Practice. In her free time, Ann Marie enjoys family time with her husband and two young boys.

Shirley is also a Steven’s minister who loves serving the Lord by conducting church services and counseling people. She has dreams of becoming a chaplain some day. This ministry gives her an extra dose of kindness and understanding with everyone she meets. In her free time, Shirley enjoys her family, church, singing, jogging, and ENT nursing, which can be a ministry in itself.
Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science at The University of Iowa in 1997, and her Master of Science in Audiology at Illinois State University in 1999. She joined the Andros team with over 14 years of private practice and hearing aid experience. Her clinical interests include evaluation of hearing, fitting hearing aids, and assistive listening devices.
She enjoys living in the south metro with her husband and two young sons, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009, and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings and with patients of all ages. Lindsey is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds an audiology license in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. She joined the Andros team in August 2014 and is excited to work with patients to meet their hearing healthcare needs. Her clinical interests include diagnostic hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the Twin Cities.

Jeanne has been a Sleep Technologist for 18 years. She previously worked at the Minnesota Regional Sleep Disorders Center at Hennipen County Medical Center, and at Noran Neurological Clinic and Sleep Center. She received her Associate of Applied Science in Electroneurodiagnostics in 1996. When she was completing her degree she had wanted an opportunity to see what the field of Sleep Technology was like. Her program director told her if you want to see ‘anything and everything in sleep’ go to The Minnesota Regional Sleep Disorders Center. While there she had the opportunity to participate in clinical sleep medicine and research.
Her training and experience at Hennipen has given her an invaluable wealth of knowledge.
Jeanne feels fortunate to work in field where you have the opportunity to change someone’s life in one day or night. ‘Sleep is an active process and there is no substitute for it.’
‘We spend one third of our lives sleeping, and it directly affects the other two thirds of our lives, there is no substitute for a good night’s sleep.’
She has been part of a team to train future sleep technologists and physicians in sleep medicine and technology.
She feels that it is important to give back to the field and educate future sleep technologists.
In her spare time she enjoys alpine skiing, bicycling, in-line skating, sailing, and entertaining family and friends.

Brittany Mattice is a certified medical assistant who recently graduated from Minneapolis Business College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Medical Assisting. Prior to joining Andros ENT, she worked in a dermatology clinic. She enjoys helping people, being with her friends and family, going to movies, shopping, riding snowmobiles & four wheelers, and going to dirt bike and snowmobile races.
Nita is a nurse with over 21 years of experience in nursing homes, hospitals, and home care. A very well-rounded nursing career working with trache & vented clients. She has 3 sons, 3 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. In her spare time she enjoys doing puzzles, crafts, and reading.
Bailee is a medical assistant who graduated from Minneapolis Business College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science of Medical Assisting. She joined the team at Andros to launch her career as a Medical Assistant. In her free time she enjoys reading, cleaning, going to movies, and everything to do with the outdoors (except ice fishing). She also enjoys traveling, and has been to seven different countries and 36 states.
