Dr. Inell Rosario
Dr. Rosario was born and raised on the island Andros in the Bahamas. She received her BA from Macalester College in 1987 before attending Med School at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After school, Dr. Rosario completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in Otolaryngology head and neck surgery, as well as sleep medicine.
When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Rosario enjoys exercising, basketball, and participating in Mission work. She is married with two children.

Dr. Cornelia Dahm
Cornelia Dahm, MD MPH ABIHM
Dr. Dahm has a passion for empowering people to sleep well and be well: She listens carefully and tries to understand where you are on your life’s path. Working together as a team on thorough assessments and finding best therapies for each person, she is dedicated to compassionate, well-informed and patient-centered care. Especially experienced in helping patients with sleep disordered breathing such as sleep apnea she identifies barriers to successful therapy, finds solutions and optimized treatment options in an individualized way.
When not at work she enjoys chasing after her two boys and husband, cooking, gardening and spending time in nature, yoga and other exercise with family, reading and taking photos.

Wanda Crawford, M.S., CCC-A
Wanda Crawford is a licensed, certified audiologist who has been a dispensing Clinical Audiologist since 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communicative Disorders and a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has been performing audiology services as well as dispensing hearing aids in various clinical settings prior to joining the Andros ENT team in May, 2016.
Wanda is an expert at helping people choose the technology most suited to their individual lifestyle. She comments, “I am fortunate to be employed at a clinic that carries the same ideals and values that I have–believing that people are more than a set of ears and that they are important no matter what their background or financial situation. I love to hear patients say thank you for changing my life. I also enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.”
Wanda is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech and Hearing Association
Nita is a nurse with over 21 years of experience in nursing homes, hospitals, and home care. A very well-rounded nursing career working with trache & vented clients. She has 3 sons, 3 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. In her spare time she enjoys doing puzzles, crafts, and reading.
Andrea has been doing medical business office work since 1988 for various clinics and hospitals and has worked in Ear, Nose & Throat for the last sixteen years. Problem solving is her favorite part of her job! In her spare time she enjoys reading, creative collaboration projects, singing, logic puzzles and seeing as much live music as she can.
Randee is the Business Office Manager and has a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management. She has over 40 years of experience in healthcare business operations, and the last two years have been in the Ears, Nose and Throat specialty. Randee enjoys traveling, helping people, and loving life.
Stephanie is currently a medical assistant at Andros ENT & Sleep Center. She went to college at Rasmussen where she held a 3.8-4.0 GPA and graduated in 2013. Before Andros, she worked at Medtronic, MECC, as a team leader on a manufacturing line for five years. While at Medtronic, she volunteered on the emergency response team, where she was able to help others, as well as continue hands on learning in the medical field. Recently, she applied to St. Catherine’s University to further her education and pursue a career in nursing. She enjoys being outdoors, playing hockey and soccer, exploring the city, and taking as many pictures as she can!
Chris is a medical scribe at Andros ENT. She has previously worked in an ophthalmology clinic as a medical scribe, as well as a clinical assistant at a psychopharmacologist’s office. She is currently working on her medical school application for the fall of 2017. She has a BA in religion from St. Olaf College and is very interested in the ethical side of medicine. She comments, “Working at Andros ENT is so interesting and fun because of Dr. Rosario and the patients. I love coming to work every day because there is always something new to learn.” She has a two year old son and loves animals. She has a rabbit named Bailey and a dog named Ozzy.
Mary is the manager of the Sleep Center and CPAP Department, and has been involved in sleep medicine for over 30 years. She is an internationally known speaker on all facets of sleep disorders and sleep technology. In her spare time, she is finishing her Master’s in Holistic Health Studies while working towards her Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia credentials. In what time is left over, she enjoys sewing, especially costumes, and traveling.
