Our core staff is comprised of Dr. Rosario, who is board certified in Sleep Medicine and Otolaryngology. She is able to completely assess the airway and intervene if medical therapy alone is not adequate in correcting the patient’s problem to their level of satisfaction.
Proper exercise and nutrition are vital to the successful management of sleep disorders.
Our clinic has a gym where patients undergo evaluation by a fitness expert and are given tailored exercises and goals. The aim is to transition to a local fitness or community center. Our nutrition counselor will also assess and provide dietary plans for people whose body mass index is greater than 28kg/m2.
Our registered sleep techs coordinate patient care between the clinic and the sleep lab for a seamless care experience. They also oversee our out of center tests (OCT), or home sleep tests and coordinates the tracking of our sleep patients’ compliance data. Dr. Rosario’s approach to the management of patients with sleep disorders is one based on the expert input from many disciplines. She works closely with her colleagues in pulmonary medicine, neurology, psychiatry, and dentistry to provide the best possible care to patients.
