COVID- 19 Response

 

We are excited to welcome patients into the clinic, and we are prepared to do so in a safe manner. Please wear a mask to your appointment and please only bring additional people to your appointment if it is absolutely necessary.

What to expect for your ENT or Sleep appointment:

1. Upon your arrival, come into the clinic and wait on the mat inside the doorway to be met by a Medical Assistant or Physician Assistant for a temperature and pulse oximetry screening.

2. As long as you pass the phone and door screening then you will be immediately taken to a room for your appointment. If no room is available, there are designated places in the waiting room that comply with social distancing.

Temperature will be considered elevated if greater than 99.4 F tympanic and pulse oximetry concerning if less than 90% on room air or on supplemental oxygen.

What to expect for your Audiology appointment:

1. Upon your arrival please remain in your vehicle and give us a call to check-in. We will complete our Covid 19 screening questionnaire over the phone.

2. Once a room is available, we will call you to come up for your appointment.

3. A Medical Assistant or Physician Assistant will meet you at our door for a temperature and pulse oximetry screening.

4. As long as you pass the phone and door screening then you will be immediately taken to a room for your appointment.

Employees are being screened daily and are always required to wear a mask except when in a room by themselves. We are also following our protocol for wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and properly disinfecting all surfaces and equipment. We are sanitizing everything after each patient and allowing enough time between appointments so that the rooms can be effectively sanitized.
