Our History

Andros ENT & Sleep Center was founded on July 1, 2013 by Inell Coeseta Rosario, MD. It is named after the island Andros, located in the Bahamas, where Dr. Rosario (Rolle) grew up. As the president of Andros ENT & Sleep Center, she has been named numerous times as one of Minnesota Monthly magazine’s Best Doctors for Women as well as a Top Doctor by Mpls.St. Paul Magazine, Women Who Lead by Minnesota Business Journal and a one of the top 50 surgeons at Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota.

Dr. Inell Rosario

Dr. Rosario was born and raised on Andros, an island in the Bahamas. She graduated from Macalester College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to attend medical school at the University of Minnesota. She then completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board-certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and sleep medicine. She is the president of Andros ENT & Sleep Center.

When she isn’t working at the clinic, Dr. Rosario likes to exercise, play basketball, and do mission work. She is married and has two children.

Dr. Cornelia Dahm, MD MPH ABIHM

Dr. Dahm attended medical school in Heidelberg, Germany and completed her internship and residency at the University of Minnesota. She also did a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical care at the University of Washington. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine.

With a passion for helping people sleep and be well, Dr. Dahm is a careful listener and always tries to understand where patients are on their life’s path. She works together with patients to complete thorough assessments and find the best solutions for each individual. She is dedicated to compassionate and patient-centered care, where the patient is always informed. She is especially experienced in helping patients with sleep-disordered breathing, such as sleep apnea, and she can always identify barriers to success, break down those barriers, and provide customized treatment.

In her free time, Dr. Dahm enjoys chasing after her two boys and husband, cooking, gardening, spending time in nature, yoga and other exercise activities with family, reading and photography.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Block, MD – Roseville Location

Dr. Jeffrey A. Block received his undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1997. For over 20 years, Dr. Block has practiced general otolaryngology in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Dr. Block and his wife, Kristin, have 4 adult children and a Great Dane puppy. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, running, hiking, biking, and spending time with family and friends


Lisa K

Lisa is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined the Andros team in March of 2020. She graduated from Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, IL with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a middle school and high school teacher. She enjoys bringing her experience as a teacher to her patients today by educating them on their diagnoses and treatment options so that they can make informed choices. During her undergraduate education, she spent two semesters learning Spanish abroad and she is fluent in both English and Spanish. She looks forward to providing care for both English and Spanish-speaking patients in her practice at Andros ENT. Lisa and her husband have two young children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cooking, and watching the kids learn and grow.

Chris L.

Chris Lanctin is a board-certified Physician Assistant that graduated from Marquette University in May of 2020. Before PA school, Chris obtained his Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Biology from University of Minnesota Morris. Chris joined the Andros ENT & Sleep clinical team in August of 2020 and excited to use his education and experience to provide high quality care for his patients. When not working Chris enjoys hiking at state parks, playing with his dog, skiing, cheering for the Golden Gophers, and reading.


Mary, Audiologist, AuD

Mary joined the Andros team in 2020! She received her Audiology degree at Syracuse University and her MBA at Duke University. As an audiologist, Mary has worked in a number of different positions across the country. For many years she was a clinical audiologist who worked with children and adults conducting hearing evaluations and fitting hearing aids. Mary held a number of positions in which she trained audiology and medical students, ENT residents and licensed audiologists in the areas of audiology, aural rehabilitation and hearing aid technology. Additionally, she spent time working with a hearing aid manufacturer to introduce new hearing aid products to hearing healthcare professionals and consumers. Her vast experience reflects her passion for helping people to hear better through innovative technology. Mary is originally from the East Coast and relocated to Minnestoa. She enjoys exploring new places, being outdoors and sampling new restaurants. And, she feels that doing all three of these things at the same time makes for a great day!

Kylie Sandor, Audiologist, AuD

Kylie M. Sandor graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a doctorate of audiology in 2014. She has worked previously in adult and pediatric hospital settings, with the bulk of her clinical experience occurring in a large ENT clinic with a wide range of adult and pediatric patients. She has also worked for the past few years in a research position with a hearing aid manufacturer. She returned to clinical work out of a desire to help people more directly on a day-to-day basis. Her goal is to help educate patients on their hearing health, while bringing some fun into hearing aid care and maintenance. In her spare time, she loves to bake, read, visit with friends, and take long hikes with her husband, Rob, and their dog, Neo.

Scott Hagans, Hearing Instrument Dispenser, HID

Scott Hagans is a graduate of Brown College, a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Minnesota and a member of the Minnesota Hearing Healthcare Providers. Scott’s background stems from his family’s long-term involvement in the hearing industry, a solid foundation from which he’s built his skillset. Scott’s ability to blend this background with a high measure of compassion and care allows him to provide a level of service that few other hearing care professionals can match. His experience includes working in private practice environments dispensing all major brands of hearing instruments. Scott is proficient in hearing evaluations, testing and fittings, Real Ear/Speech Mapping verification, tinnitus therapy and aural rehabilitation.

Deanna Zapata, Hearing Aid Liaison

Deana Zapata is the Hearing Aid Liaison at Andros ENT and Audiology in Inver Grove Heights. She has been in the hearing industry for nearly 7 years. Her passion for people, and their well-being, makes this the perfect career for her. She loves the opportunity to work with wonderful people on all sides of the “better hearing experience.” Her passion for people, provides our patients with unrivaled care and compassion. When not at work, she enjoys offering hospitality and fun to friends, family and strangers by hosting karaoke parties. “Music seems to be a perfect way of uniting people for a few hours of fun,” she states. She also enjoys writing poetry, taking walks, reading, and experimenting with new recipes.

Sleep Center & DME


Jessica has been a Medical Assistant since 2006 and has always enjoyed the opportunity to make a difference in others’ health.  She began her journey with DME because she loved that a CPAP machine and better sleep gave patients a better life.  She is married with two grown daughters.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 3 dogs out on the trails in her side by side in the summer and her snowmobile in the winter.


Sonia has been registered in Sleep Medicine for 16 years and spent several years as a traveling sleep technologist working at various locations around the country. She enjoys working with patients to help them feel their best by achieving restful sleep. Sonia is married and has 3 daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling to new places with her family, and watching football with her husband.

Brent – Sleep Center/DME Manager and Sleep Technologist

Brent has been a sleep technologist for over 10 years most of which was spent performing overnight sleep studies. He loves seeing the improvement in people’s lives as a result of helping them conquer their sleep problems. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys playing video games, exploring new places, or doing amateur astronomy on clear nights. He also enjoys astrophotography for the marrying of science, technology, and a curiosity about the universe he is lucky enough to call home.

Business Office


Lily first joined the Andros team as a medical assistant, but is now a part of our business office as a billing specialist. She has an associate’s degree in Health Sciences and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Health Leadership and Administration at Winona State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.


Maggie has been working in the Medical Business Office Field for over 15 years. She has two children. In
her free time she enjoys being a basketball mom and volunteering in animal rescue.’


Kim has over 25 years of experience in Health Care. She started her career working for Blue Cross Blue Shield for 10 years, and spent another 15 years at another healthcare organization. We are happy to have Kim as she is well versed in healthcare billing to better serve our patients! She has 2 kids and 2 dogs. Her hobbies include Acrylic painting, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is also an avid volunteer with HopeKids.

Medical Assistants & Scribes

Mayah M

Mayah went to Minneapolis Business College studying medical assisting and became certified soon after graduation. She has worked in the medical field for the last three years, and she loves working at Andros ENT & Sleep Center because of the wonderful patients. She feels that the medical assisting medical assisting Andros ENT & Sleep Center staff are more family than coworkers. When she isn’t working, Mayah likes to read and spend time with family and friends.


Gina graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology and Spanish. She has been working in the medical field for 4 years and has 2 years of experience working as a medical assistant. She is hoping to continue her education in medicine by attending PA school in the future and loves working at Andros ENT & Sleep Center because she is passionate about getting to know the patients and helping improve their lives. When she is not at work, she enjoys nannying, cheerleading, exercising, painting, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kayla H

Kayla graduated from Carrington College Las Vegas in 2017 with her MA. When it comes to health care is not just a job for her; it is more of a passion. She is still in school with 1 year left for her Bachelor’s in forensic psychology, with the dream of obtaining her PHD in psychology and opening her own clinic for psychology and sleep medicine. She has been with Andros ENT & Sleep center for 3 years and loves everything about working with Dr. Rosario. Kayla’s hobbies are native American beading, MMA fighting, traveling when life permits, playing with her pup and spending time with her family.


Stephanie graduated as a Medical Assistant from Rasmussen College in 2013, and is certified through the American Association of Medical Assistants. She started her career in the medical field at Andros in 2015. In 2017, Stephanie left Andros for a couple of years and gained experience in multiple medical specialties. She states “over the last couple of years, I realized how much I truly love otolaryngology and sleep medicine, so I decided to make my way home to my Andros family to continue building my knowledge and experience solely in ENT & sleep medicine”. We welcomed Stephanie back to the team in July of 2020! Stephanie’s aspiration is to attend PA school in the future; specializing in otolaryngology & sleep medicine. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, step-daughter & three cats. She also loves going for hikes, fishing, and trap shooting.

Reception & Scheduling



Cindy recently moved back to the Twin Cities after living in Northern Minnesota for 19 years. She is originally from St. Paul and moved back “home” to be close to her children and grandchildren. She has two sons and 5 grandchildren.  She has many years of office experience in healthcare. She enjoys spending time with her family, (especially those grandchildren!) loves to travel, sports, and outdoor activities including hunting and fishing, and enjoys going to professional sporting events with her sons.


Paige is a graduate student at St. Mary’s university. She is currently working towards her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.  She loves working in the customer service field and enjoys working with the amazing staff at Andros ENT and Sleep Center. Paige enjoys hiking, biking and fishing on her days off.
